When you buy a product from KiyuGraphix, you get a non-exclusive and non-transferable license.

This license allows you to use the digital file for your personal or commercial projects.
You can use the file for unlimited projects, but:

• You are not allowed to resell or share the original file.
• You cannot distribute the file (original or modified) as your own.

 

2. Ownership and rights

All products, designs, and related files sold on kiyugraphix.in are the intellectual property of KiyuGraphix.

Buying a product does not give you ownership of the design. You are only getting permission to use it under these terms.

You cannot claim any of these products as your own design.

 

3. What you cannot do

• You cannot sell, lease, share, or give the digital files to others.
• You cannot use these files in any way that breaks the law or hurts the rights of other people.
• You cannot package these files with other products to resell.

 

4. Modifying the files

You may edit or modify the files to suit your project.
But even if you modify them, you cannot sell, reshare, or distribute the modified files to others.

 

5. No warranty

All products on kiyugraphix.in are provided “as is”.
We do not give any guarantee about the quality, performance, or suitability of the products for a specific purpose.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that happens while using these files. This includes direct loss, indirect loss, or any other kind of damage.
