04Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with the payment provider. KiyuGraphix does not see or store your full card or banking details; we only receive confirmation of the payment and a transaction reference for your order. Razorpay handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
05Log file information
Like most websites, KiyuGraphix automatically records standard log information when a visitor accesses the site. This may include IP address, browser type, device, date and time of visit and pages viewed. These details are used for security and to understand website activity, and are not used to identify you personally.
06Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies — WooCommerce cart and session cookies that remember your basket, keep you logged in and make checkout work
- Preference cookies — such as your light or dark display mode
- Analytics cookies — only if analytics tools are enabled, to understand how the site is used (see below)
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart, checkout and login may not work without essential cookies.
07Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics or advertising tools (for example, Google Analytics or social media pixels) to measure visits and improve our marketing. Where used, these tools may set their own cookies and collect information such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google’s advertising policies.
08Third-party services
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver your orders — such as our payment provider (Razorpay), website hosting and email delivery services — and only to the extent needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law. Embedded content (such as YouTube videos) and external links are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
09Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To make a request, email kiyugraphix@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

12Data retention and governing law
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, order and invoice records kept for tax purposes). This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
